THE PROJECT:
SafeAir were proudly contracted to carry out a full deep-clean of the ventilation duct systems at one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive Residential only apartment buildings, La Sabbia.
After reports of reduced suction from building managers, SafeAir technicians utilised our highly-regarded duct cleaning methods to unblock exhaust ventilation extract duct systems in bathroom, en suite, toilet and laundry areas throughout 96 expansive and luxurious apartments.
Resort managers and residents noted positive improvements in air-extraction in personal bathroom and en suite apartment areas, as well as throughout the entire building. Management were highly satisfied with the duct cleaning service.
SafeAir technicians technicians removed all build-up and reduced the risk of fire or health related hazards from within the ventilation extract system.
Recreational areas and common toilet exhaust systems were also deep cleaned as part of the service.

Moisture build-up within bathroom and en suite areas in conjunction with blocked air vents, air registers and dampers can create the ideal breeding ground for mould, fungus, microbes and bacteria. Not only is this build-up a fire risk, the accumulation of this matter has been known to aggravate respiratory allergies and asthma in the elderly, children and infants.
