THE PROJECT:
Bridgewater Terraces is located in Kangaroo Point amidst the serenity of the Brisbane River and offers self-contained holiday apartments and permanent residences.
SafeAir were appointed by Bridgewater Terraces Management team and Body Corporate to complete a full deep clean of the buildings exhaust ventilation duct system for the well-being of their tenants and guests.
During our initial site survey SafeAir noted build-up in apartment air registers and control dampers as well as within associated roof ducts. Air suction had been reduced due to build-up affecting apartments throughout the building.
SafeAir carried out a full deep-clean on the buildings ventilation duct clean service and removed all matter content, lint, dirt, dust and other build-up from within the ventilation duct system. All fire or health associated hazards were removed by SafeAir technicians using our effective duct cleaning methods.
The ventilation systems roof exhaust fans were deep-cleaned for greater overall system efficiency and to aid towards a greater fan lifespan.
All SafeAir technicians access requirements were met each day in conjunction with the buildings Management.
Due to the success of the deep-clean at Bridgewater Terraces Apartments, SafeAir were contracted to deep-clean and restore exhaust ventilation duct systems at their sister buildings River Terraces Apartments, Bridgewater Boardwalk Apartments and Bridgewater Quays.
